Managed I.T. from Digitech Solutions frees your business from the hassle of the constant changes in the I.T. World.

With our managed I.T. you can rest easy knowing all of your needs will be met. We offer annual support contracts for low flat rate fees. What is included in our I.T. management contracts?

  • Digitech will maintain all servers. (Updates, Patches, Firmware, etc.)
  • Digitech will repair all computers and servers.
  • Digitech will maintain, repair and service all routers, switches, firewalls, hubs, monitors and networks.
  • Digitech will provide unlimited remote desktop support Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM.
  • Digitech will provide unlimited on-site support Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. (Travel restrictions may apply)
  • Digitech will provide complimentary consulting services to help the customer improve technology and or cost saving measures.
  • After hours service calls will be billed at a reduced rate of $75/hour.
  • Digitech will not be onsite unless contacted for support or checkup.
  • Digitech will occasionally “pop-in” to check on servers for potential problems and system errors.
  • Digitech Solutions, LLC. Will provide same day support when possible. Calls after 12PM HST may be next day response.

Sounds expensive right? Average pricing is $20 per computer monthly. 10 computers will cost an average of only $200/month. Since Digitech is not your “I.T. GUY” on salary at your company we aim to please and be helpful. This guarantees you the customer will be happy with our service and you may consider renewing after your one year agreement expires.
